The Collegium Humanum affair is coming back. CBA detained the Polish Ambassador to France

As Goniec.pl informs, CBA has detained 3 people: current Polish ambassador to France Jan R., erstwhile PiS MP Max K. and banker Paweł P. The case concerns the loud scandal of Collegium Humanum and irregularities related to obtaining MBA diplomas.


The unofficial findings of the portal show that Max K. and Paul P. were detained in their homes on Monday and Tuesday. They were then transported to Katowice, where for many hours they provided explanations and participated in confrontations conducted by the Silesian Department of abroad Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime and Corruption.

At the same time, the Polish Ambassador to France was detained after his arrival in Warsaw and besides transported to Katowice. Interviews with his participation ended on Wednesday morning, about 4 o'clock, informs the Bishop.

The procedure concerns MBA diplomas at Collegium Humanum, a private university headed by Paul C. According to investigators, these papers were to service as a formal confirmation of the qualifications required to take positions in the supervisory boards of the Treasury companies. The way these diplomas were obtained and their subsequent usage became 1 of the key themes of the investigation.

According to the D.A.'s findings Max K., a long-standing PiS parliamentarian, erstwhile MEP and erstwhile vice president of PKO BP, was to mediate in obtaining MBA diplomas – not only for himself, but besides for another people, including his sister and Ambassador Jan R.
