There's a hell of a lot going on around the RTV subscription case. The Post Office imposes horrendous penalties for unpaid bills, the KRRiT and courts issue contradictory rulings and confused citizens rebel. It turns out that the blame is on outdated regulations, but despite the announcement of the reform, nobody does anything. Thousands of complaints from bitter citizens flow to the RPO. Finally, the Ombudsman intervenes with the Prime Minister.
