The KOWR affair

Brief summary of the KOWR affair (instead of “CPK scandals”) at 10 points:

1 Almost a certain corruption at the authoritative level in the KOWR and the Polish Waters in order to close the sale of the game before the end of the word of office

2 The PiS administration in full chaos. The left doesn't know what the right hand does. CPK's letters on the planned transaction were totally abandoned

3 Minister of Agriculture Telus doesn't know what he's signing. Ministry officials most likely keep information from him.

4 CPK in November-December 2023 focused on task defence. Minister Lasek clearly says the CPK is to be plowed. The case of 1 of the many plots goes to the background.

5 CPK under fresh governments has known from the beginning of 2024 about the case and has not taken any legal action for more than a year

6 Despite the cognition of the case, CPK does not mention anything about this scandalous case in a study on celebrated audits published in August 2025 (i.e. even after filing a case for the prosecution)

7 The CO-alition for 2 years mostly does nothing about it. Coincidentally, the main beneficiary of the full affair is the generous donor of the run Rafał Trzaskowski and Campus Poland

8 The buyer of the game says that KOWR has the right to repurchase the game at the selling price. KOWR says it's not actual and plots to buy back SIENIED

9 Prime Minister Tusk does not pass the chance to hit the hated task on the basis of a WP publication

The 10th PR setup collapses like a home of cards within 48 hours If this case proves something, it is primarily about a rotten, corrupt and dysfunctional country with a dictatorship that needs extremist repair
