Adam Bodnar before the CJEU: Małgorzata Manowska cannot be considered a justice of the ultimate Court

Neither the First president of the ultimate Court nor the president of the civilian Chamber of the ultimate Court, which issued the disputed orders, can be recognised as judges of the ultimate Court, said Minister Adam Bodnar, representing the Polish government before the Court of Justice of the EU in the case of transferring ultimate Court judges to another chambers without their consent.
