The fresh guidelines of the Prosecutor General are to improve the quality of conducting proceedings for crimes motivated by prejudice. This is not an attack on freedom of speech. The state will not punish for views - says Prosecutor Maciej Młynarczyk, co-author of the draft guidelines.
