"With a view to the accumulation of disciplinary proceedings initiated, immunity and criminal proceedings, it must be stated that the justice Peter Schab he lost his legitimacy to effectively execute the function of Disciplinary Ombudsman of the General Courts" - the Communication stated.

Moreover - as the communication shows - National Prosecutor’s Office conducts six further proceedings with respect to justice Schab, among others, "failure to issue cases to disciplinary agents of the Minister of Justice, refusal to let Igor Tuleyi to work or suspicion of committing a crime to the detriment of justice Waldemar Żurek".
Bodnar's decision concerning Schab is besides to be justified by a number of actions taken during the word of office President of the Warsaw territory Courtand then the president Court of Appeal in Warsaw. These, in the opinion of the Minister, rise serious doubts as to the legitimacy and legality.
