Access to 57 minerals for fresh US aid. Ukrainian government announces text of agreement

The Ukrainian government has published the text of an agreement with the United States on the establishment of a joint Investment Reconstruction Fund. It includes a list of 57 minerals, the exploitation of which is to cover Ukrainian financing of the Fund. The United States may pay for its contribution with fresh weapons supplies.
