Abrams, Leopard and Black Panther will fight for Romania?

The Romanian defence Romania portal reported an interview conducted with Romanian defence Ministry spokesperson General Constantin Spînu in which it was reported that the defence ministry is analyzing and justifying the program to get fresh main tanks, the program is expected to start next year.
