“About 5–10 years.” Gen. Polko on the Polish Army’s preparedness and lessons learned from the Ukrainians

The battlefield is becoming increasingly automated, and this is something the army is preparing for. But for the army to scope the level of readiness required to conduct this kind of operation, we request about 5–10 years and excellent cooperation with the Ukrainians, from whom we can learn — said Gen. Roman Polko, erstwhile commander of the GROM unit, in an interview with Wirtualna Polska.
