This is the number of abortions performed in Poland in subsequent years. In just 4 years, it's more than fivefold.
And abortionists – acting against Polish law, but with the approval of the government – give another figures: 100-120 1000 abortions a year. This difference is of course their activity, so if you believe in their estimates, then 95% of abortion takes place outside hospitals, thanks to organizations like the Abortive Dream Team.
Now they want to silence us.
So that no 1 can attest to what is going on inside at their “abortion clinic” door.
They request president Trzaskowski to defend his institution from “attackers” of life defenders, blocking – sic! – the wellness of the inhabitants!
If they succeed, Poland will become a place like another western countries, where buffer zones apply before abortion clinics, and people who appear there can be arrested even for a thoughtful prayer.
We can't let that happen. If abortionists can get us out of AboYes, no 1 will know what's truly going on here.
That is why we take action to halt the criminal conduct of abortion, which is taking place in Poland with a bypass of the law and a arrogant grin on the lips of abortionists.
We call on president Nawrocki to apply to the Constitutional Court for constitutional review of the guidelines issued by erstwhile Minister of Health, Isabella Leszczyna, on the basis of which hundreds of children are killed “for a ticket” in Polish hospitals.

Because the fact about abortion requires publicity – and the life of children of defence and evidence that all man deserves to be born.

In many western countries, the road which Poland is going through present is already well known.
First abortion becomes available practically without limit. And then regulations are introduced that prohibit anyone from appearing close abortion clinics – besides in silent prayer. A female who is in specified a dramatic minute of her life cannot hear that there is another way that individual is waiting to aid her. I want her alone with this decision.
This is precisely where the appeal is going, which is now circulating on the network: "Stop harassing women", in which the abortion activist Dream squad calls on the president of the capital Rafał Trzaskowski to respond and ban all gatherings under the "train".
And while they compose about vandalism and the threat to the wellness of the residents of the building, in fact the appeal is directed at all individual who, even in silence, prays close the Abotak facility.
Abortionists are not about the peace of the inhabitants – it is about not telling the fact about what is going on behind the door of their “patient”. So that this can be done in full silence, without 1 look from the outside, without a prayer or even 1 voice reminding that there, inside, is aid to kill children.
If they succeed, the next step will not just be silence at 1 address in Warsaw.
It'll be a precedent, and they'll go anywhere where individual dares to tell the fact about abortion.
And I presented this fact to you in black and white at the beginning: an expanding number of abortions and facilitations, which, in fact, let abortions to be carried out on request in Poland with circumvention of the law.
What has changed over the 4 years?
The government failed to pass a bill legalising abortion – there is no majority in the Sejm. So he went another way: The Ministry of wellness issued a “guidelines” according to which 1 certificate from a psychiatrist's doctor is adequate to kill the child.
It doesn't substance if a pregnancy actually threatens the mother's wellness anymore. It's the receipt that counts.
According to Polish law, abortion is allowed only in strictly defined cases – including erstwhile pregnancy threatens the life or wellness of the mother. The guidelines of the Ministry of wellness extended the concept of "health" to intellectual health, in a way that in practice requires nothing more than 1 visit to a psychiatrist. It does not number for pregnancy, the condition of the child, or even the assessment of another doctor – if the patient shows this 1 document, the infirmary is obliged to respect it, regardless of its own medical cognition or the conscience of doctors.
Moreover, a infirmary that dares to ask if this certificate has any medical justification, and refuses to execute abortion, may lose up to 2% of the contract value with the NFZ, and the Ombudsman may impose a fine on it of up to PLN 500 thousand.
But the Constitutional Court – 3 times, in 3 different configurations – made it clear that the right to life is granted to all man, including in the prenatal phase, and that it cannot be differentiated or restricted in the name of lower order goods.
The government is trying to invalidate this warrant present with a document, which is not even an act of law, and only regular ‘guidelines’.
This document, which has never passed the Sejm, has never been put to the vote, has never been subject to constitutional control, and yet in practice invalidates the warrant from Article 38 of the Constitution and 3 judgments of the Constitutional Court, which since 1997 have clearly confirmed: human life, besides in the prenatal phase, cannot be differentiated or limited in the name of other, little crucial values.
That is why we are sending a petition to president Karol Nawrocki – not asking for a fresh bill, but for something which lies solely within his competence: referral of these guidelines to the Constitutional Court.
It is simply a real way to reconstruct the legal state that was in force before the government reached for this commemorative paper and Constitution.

I know that I am asking you for a lot – for signature, for presence, and for financial support on all occasion. Without him, however, we could not carry out any of these activities: preparation of further prayer meetings, promotion of petitions, or permanent legal and media presence on this matter.

Passing the law from the ruling, brazen violation of the law by abortionists. And the effect is tragic: nearly 1,000 children die annually in Polish hospitals, and – if you believe the estimates of pro-abortion activists – another 120 1000 lose their lives “with the aid of” smiling ladies from organizations specified as the Abortion Dream Team.
We cannot let this – neither as citizens nor as people of faith.
