The Ordo Iuris Institute has forwarded an opinion to the European Commission on the draft Strategy for the rights of people with disabilities to 2030 The position was drawn up in consequence to the European Commission's invitation to comment on the document, which aims to establish a framework for EU disability policy and to support the implementation of the European Pillar of Social Rights and the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
