– It's all been political for a long time. There religion is only an addition – admits Dominican Paweł Gużyński, referring to what is happening on the Pilgrimage of the household Radio Maryja on Jasna Góra. Words that fell there from the mouth of bishops Antoni Długosz and Wiesław Mering outraged many people.

– Looking at the broad plan of this event, the pilgrimage of Radio Maryja, I agree with this opinion that this has all been political for a long time. There, religion is just an addition, but an addition crucial adequate to be able to make all this credible in the eyes of part of society – those who are connected to Radio Maryja and those who are conventional Catholics in Poland – said Father Paweł Gużyński on TVN24 in the program "Yes, it is".

PiS and bishops on Jasna Góra. Guzhinsky comments

According to Guzyński, "religion is treated absolutely instrumentally there". – Both bishops worked on behalf of certain political groups, circumstantial parties –

judged and added that "there should be control levels of structure in the Church that are missing".

Let us remind you that in mid-July, on Jasna Góra there was the XXXIV Pilgrimage of the household of Radio Maryja. The celebrations were attended by the full PiS drill with Mariusz Błaszczak and fresh vice presidents headed by Przemysław Czarnek and Anna Krupka, not counting Daniel Obiek and another PiS politicians. Letters of Jarosław Kaczyński, Andrzej Duda and Karol Nawrocki were besides read.

It was like the Law and Justice. Father Tadeusz Rydzyk arrived and the Bayer Full band gave a performance of Marian songs. There were besides political clergy contributions.

"There will be no German brother"; "we are ruled by people who specify themselves as Germans; "the borders of our country are as threatened from the west as from the east"; "Polish is ruled present by political gangsters. You were most likely amazed by this strong term, but I quoted only Donald Tusk, Prime Minister of the Government, due to the fact that he said so (...) recently" – these are just fragments of the speech of Bishop Wiesław Mering, who most outraged Poles.

Another of the hierarchs, Bishop Antoni Długosz, prayed in turn for "the defenders of our borders, those in uniform: border guards, soldiers, policemen, but besides for volunteers from the Border defence Movement". The Ministry of abroad Affairs expressed its position.

It directed the head of the diplomatic protocol of the Vatican demarche, or authoritative protest speech. The words of the clergy were recognized as "blaming power" and meaning "clear support for nationalist environments". The long paper concluded with a meaningful proposition to the authorities of the Holy See to draw appropriate consequences for Polish bishops.
