A network of convenience stores listed on the stock marketplace has created a fresh position: the abroad Support Consultant. This is intended to aid people outside Poland adapt and operate. At the beginning of September, the fresh position was taken by Artem Pisariev, who runs the Żabka store in Gdynia.
According to the network, it presently has more than 10,000 franchisees working with it, of which nearly 1,000 are people from abroad, mainly Ukraine, Belarus, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Romania.
Artem Pisariev initially ran a transport company, but the pandemic forced him to look for a fresh professional path. He wanted a unchangeable business to keep his household safe. In 2023 he joined the franchise of the Żabka network and began to run a store in Gdynia. Today, Artem employs 12 people.

His key tasks in the fresh function include business support, coordination of effective language training and adaptation workshops, organisation of integration initiatives, support on current topics and representation of foreigners franchises during various sectoral and social events. On a regular basis, he cooperates with the manager of Relations with the French recipients and the manager of the Department of improvement and Support of the French recipients to respond effectively to the needs of entrepreneurs.
– I would like all abroad entrepreneur operating the Żabka store to be certain that he can number on tools and support to facilitate adaptation and moving business in the fresh country. I myself have walked a road where legal or taxation differences have been a challenge. present I want to usage this experience to support another foreigners' franchises, to be their liaison with the Frog and the individual to whom they can always search help," says Artem Pisariev, Consultant on Support for Foreigners from Gdynia.

The abroad Support Consultant has been working with the French Council – an advisory body that has been operating since 2011. In 2024, the Council participated in more than 110 projects, including improving the quality of client service, optimising logistics and implementing fresh technological solutions.
