The club “Gazeta Polska” started a series of meetings on the X platform, devoted to national symbols. The first gathering was dedicated to “Songs of Polish Legions in Italy”.

Mazurek Dąbrowski, due to the fact that that is the current name of the song, is the Polish national anthem for 98 years. Listeners were taken on a historical-sentimental journey, dividing the subject into 2 meetings. The first part was filled with genealogy of patriotic songs. The starting point was the communicative of the oldest works by “Bogurodnica” and “Gaude Mater Polonia”, by Ignacy Krasicki “Hymn for the Love of Homeland” and after songs from the times of partitions and national uprisings, specified as “God, something Poland”, “Warszawianka 1831, “Welcome to May Tomorrow” or “Rota” by Maria Konopnicka from 1908, which were to mobilize Poles, expressing longing for freedom and strengthening opposition against the invaders.

The first planet war brings Poles the song “We, the First Brigade”, a song that becomes the anthem of the walsudczyks, refers to the heroism and independency of the Polish people. The culmination was the communicative of the Polish Legion Song in Italy, written in 1797 by Józef Wybicki. She, known present as Mazurek Dąbrowski, became the authoritative national anthem in 1927.

Among the interviewers on the X platform we hosted Mariola Maminińska and Aleksandra Czarnobai from the Polish Gazeta Club in Kościerzyn. Both operate club activities close Sikorzyno, where Józef Wybicki was born. During the conversation about patriotic songs it seemed essential to mention Paul Piekarczyk, who is an unsurpassed model in promoting patriotic songs in the Clubs of “Gazeta Polska”, and not only.

The X users associated with thematic groups under hashtags marked their presence – #Echo_Historia, #Kotwica _Historia, #Husaria_Historia and #Train_Rights. The aim of the task “National Symbols – Mazurek Dąbrowski” is to effort to discuss with all Pole, regardless of political preferences, and answer questions: are we able to express ourselves about our national symbol with pride? What is the thought of our national anthem? Do we realize the anthem or are we just playing it? The first part of the task was contributed by the club members of the “Gazeta Polska” Club on Twitter @r_twarog, @tjzeero, @Mir_AS, @Malbojko and the “GP” Club sympathizer on Twitter @mastmulti. OPEN| “Gazeta Polski” Club Otwock had the honour of hosting Tomasz Sakiewicz and Paweł Piekarczyk at the Otwock territory Youth Centre of Culture. The gathering was conducted in a patriotic atmosphere, among others thanks to the wonderful audience, including Andrzej Melak – president of the Katyń Committee, Jan Rędazka – president of the planet Union of National Army Soldiers of the ellipse 4 “Fromczyn” in Otwock, Marian Kowalski – Polish political activist and columnist. The talks were interwoven with the performances of Bard Paul Piekarczyk. The geopolitical situation, the past and activity of the “Polish Newspaper” Clubs are the subjects with the most attention.

WARSAW| A gathering with Euro MP Tobias Bocheński, erstwhile Łódź voivode, Mazowieckie and the candidate for president of Warsaw was held at the Warsaw “Gazeta Polska” Club. The guest arrived answered many questions about the current national and EU policies.

GLYVICE| Gliwice “Gazeta Polska” Club noted the most fruitful day in the run to collect signatures for rejecting the forced admission of illegal migrants. The club group “GP” Gliwice at the marketplace square in Gliwice collected over 200 signatures during the 3-hour morning work.

BANINE| In the church of St. Joseph the individual in the Postral Mass was celebrated in thanks for the election of Karol Nawrocki as president of Poland. The intention besides included a request for God's blessing, gifts of the Holy Spirit and the care of Our woman Queen of Poland for the president and Polish people. In the Holy Mass, which was ordered by the Club “Polish Newspapers” in Banin, many club members attended.

NEW SIGN On the 84th anniversary of the death of Bolesław Barbacki and the remainder of the German crime, the “Gazeta Polska” Club in Nowy Sącz paid tribute to the murdered people of the Sądec land. 44 people were killed in mass execution on 21 August 1941 – representatives of the city's elite, including artist Bolesław Barbacki and 3 priests. The club “GP” commemorated the arks with prayer.

RADOM| Radomski The “Polish Gazeta” Club participated in celebrations commemorating the soldier of the second conspiracy, unbreakable, Alexander Młyński ps. Drągal. 75 years ago, “Drągal” and accompanying soldiers: Zbigniew Ejnenberg ps. Rodzińczyk and Zygmunt Chmielewski ps. Lew were murdered by communists as a consequence of betrayal. The celebrations began with a mass at the church in the Monk, then the participants went to the Wawrzysz Colony, the site of the execution of “Drągal” and his soldiers.

THIS A pilgrimage of thanks for the election of president Karol Nawrocki went to the Sanctuary of St. Andrew Bobola in Strachocin in Podkarpacie. The pilgrimage was organized by the “Polish Newspapers” Club in Tychy and the Association “Family and Identity”. In the chapel in Bobolówka, a peculiar Mass was celebrated in the intention of the homeland and thanks for the election of president Karol Nawrocki, chaired by Fr Józef Niżnik. A beautiful homily referred to the values of homeland and faith. The guide to the reflections was St.Andrew Bobola, the patron of Poland, who repeatedly manifested himself to the faithful over the centuries. Fr Józef Niżnik besides experienced this erstwhile he came to the parish only for a short replacement, and in the end he remained there for over 40 years.
