A voice about the Silesian godka: dialect or regional language?

I would like to say that we, Silesians, do not request an authoritative confirmation of the position of Silesian as a language, due to the fact that we will inactive communicate as we want, but this is not true. Without legal and financial assistance, the Silesian region will only face commercialization and improvement as an artistic means of expression.
