The government is trying to guarantee that what cannot be done by the SAFE programme, implement the state budget funds - declared Prime Minister Donald Tusk on Friday. As he added, the government is looking for "some innovative methods" to realise at least part of the expenditure on services not covered by the Ministry of Defence and infrastructure.
