A systemic "earthquake", i.e. civilian protection in the edition of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration

The draft law on civilian protection was published on the website of the Government government Centre. And it does not disagree importantly from the unofficial version, which the editors of InfoSecurity24.pl reached a fewer months ago. The draft was supplemented – as announced – with elements related to the operation of the 112 emergency number, and the full paper clearly shows that the crisis management system, civilian protection and civilian defence are about to undergo a major revolution.
