MON has developed a strategy of universal, voluntary military training. - For everyone there will be a program of building the resilience of the Polish state - announced defence minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz during his speech in the Warsaw Citadel. But there are all those who can train – from junior to senior, we will talk about it very carefully - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamish.

The pilot program is due to be launched later this year. The initiative is expected to start on a full scale in early 2026.

Journalist Polsat News Michał Stela learned that citizens would be able to enroll in the program via mobile app mCitizen. From the method side, the Central Centre of Information Technology is to be supported for this intent by the Cyberspace defence Army.

The programme will be supervised by the General Staff of the Polish Army headed by General Wiesław Kukuła, and the Operational Command of the Armed Forces and the Territorial Defence Army will be liable for its implementation.
