We've been dealing with an uplifting wave of attacks on Ordo Iuris in fresh weeks. In January, Ordo Iuris was placed on the “blacklist” of Minister Sienkiewicz, alongside CARITAS or tv Republika. Then, without being able to deprive us of funding, which comes exclusively from our Friends and Donors, began a run of slander and slander.

Radicals have always feared the strength of our substantive arguments and the effectiveness of our interventions. so – incapable to take up a glove in a fair debate with Ordo Iuris experts – they have been trying for years to destruct the credibility of the Institute in the eyes of our Friends and Contributors. In subsequent slanderous articles, they effort to look for sources of our backing around the world, creating further (reciprocally contradictory) conspiracy theories... But they truly know that our top strength is our full financial independence, which we can enjoy thanks to thousands of Polish families.
And that's what's causing their rage!
Because erstwhile Donald Tusk's government began to fight social organizations defending life, household and freedom – many of them lost their liquidity. But we failed to halt due to the fact that financial independency from politics has always been the foundation of our Institute's activities.
Realizing this, the radicals decided to attack Ordo Iuris again!
One of youtubers was outraged by the widely promoted action “Call the MP”, in which many of our sympathizers called or sent e-mails to Polish parliamentarians to awaken their conscience and convince them to reject 4 abortion bill projects. Youtuber decided to take revenge on us and called on viewers to mass telephone numbers listed on the website of the Ordo Iuris Institute. In addition to this, youtuber threatened to usage his supposedly email addresses of our sympathizers to send them slanderous material on Ordo Iuris. Trying to misuse address data is simply a crime, but that doesn't alienate our enemies... If you receive a suspicious email in the coming days, delight contact us so that we can take appropriate legal action.
In the face of this wave of lies and attacks, however, it is crucial to systematically and reliably exposure manipulation about Ordo Iuris – so that everyone can see for themselves that they have no basis in facts. First, we respond to peculiarly impudent attempts to link us to Russian influences, global sects, California winemakers and German aristocracy (yes, Thomas Friday sought our backing in each of these groups!).
Soon everyone will be able to read on the website Ordo Iuris systematically responds to any nonsense written about us. We will be happy to emphasise that for years we have published all financial and substantive reports, and our newsletters clearly show our full activity. We have no secrets with our friends and Donors.
On our website we besides published an analytical text by editor Dominik Zdort, who in the past published in Rzeczpospolita, Newsweek or TVP Weekly. The article reveals mechanisms of manipulation to stick patches of Russian ties to all right-wing and conservative institutions, politicians, journalists and experts. The Ordo Iuris Institute is the victim of specified manipulation, but many another people and organizations who are not afraid to argue powerful lobbyists of sex ideology, abortion and globalists attacking national sovereignty.

Minister of Culture and National Heritage Bartłomiej Sienkiewicz placed Ordo Iuris on his blacklist of Christian, conservative and patriotic organizations, with which the state institutions cannot cooperate. In his desire to discredit our Suchanov Institute he even goes to propose to his readers that Ordo Iuris supports the usage of violence, panic and torture.

We succeeded in this case against another extremist politician, Paul Rabey, who accused us on Twitter of being a “sect”, who “acts on the border of law” and is simply a “threat” for Poles. The court of first instance ordered the erstwhile Vice president of Warsaw to apologise to Ordo Iuris and pay compensation. Paul Rabey, who had not received the suit for 3 years (the bailiff had to deliver it to him) and did not put himself on the subpoena, after receiving his judgement by default he objected to it, causing the trial to begin again.
We besides have 2 proceedings against the leader of the black marches, Marcie Lempart, who in an interview with Onetu called Ordo Iuris "sadists" whom “we owe the task of locking women in prisons for miscarriages.” The second case concerns the entry of an activist in social media, in which Lempart wrote that Ordo Iuris is “paid by the Kremlin fundamentalists”.
Unfortunately, the lies spread by radicals about Ordo Iuris crossed the borders of our homeland and reached the European Union. Known for his attacks on Poland, extremist activist Neil Datta repeated the slanders of Polish radicals in the European Parliament during a public proceeding of the Committee on civilian Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE) and the Committee on Women's Rights and sex Equality (FEMM). In his speech, Datta presented a series of lies and manipulations about Ordo Iuris. He accused us of having an agenda that includes, among another things, the "legalisation of home violence" and the creation of " LGBT-free zones". To strengthen his message, he prepared a presentation with slides that straight illustrated the allegations against the Institute. Datty's speech was broadcast live on the European Parliament's website and translated into all EU authoritative languages. The libel at our address has previously been published in 2 articles online. Responding to Datty's lies, we filed a suit against him to the Polish court, demanding the publication of written apologies on the pages where the activist spread his fake news, on his organization's website, and on Facebook and X portals. We besides request compensation for violating our good name and reputation of PLN 100,000.
A fresh trial was held, where I personally answered a number of questions and lied to quite a few myths about the Ordo Iuris Institute. I specifically commented on Neil Datty's allegations, informing the court that Ordo Iuris had never reported or supported the request to legalise home violence, and the criticism of the Istanbul Convention, which saw sources of home force in the conventional model of the family, had nothing to do with supporting violence. Neil Datta himself, who personally appeared in the Warsaw court, could not show why he had made specified allegations in the pleadings, nor during his hearing. His lawyer in the closing speech claimed that he had the right to do so, due to the fact that the Ordo Iuris Institute is trying to colonize human rights, and in fact it wants to receive them. The conviction is due in mid-May.
The affirmative image of the Ordo Iuris Institute developed over the years is an invaluable capital, thanks to which the lawyers of the Institute together with our Donors and Friends can effectively carry out the mission Ordo Iuris based on the defence of life, marriage, family, religion and freedom against the revolutionary impulses of sex ideologists.
To hit the credibility of our common work, radicals spread fake news about us. The request to fight them is simply a concrete cost that can only be borne by people like you.

P.S. If the run of talk and fake news about us succeeds, social trust in Ordo Iuris will be undermined, and as a result, we will not be able to defend the natural legal order as effectively as ever. Therefore, we make a firm commitment to defending the Institute's good name before the courts. I hope that with your aid we can defeat the slanderers who hit the Ordo Iuris mission. That is why I ask again very much to support these actions.
