On Friday, the three-member composition of the Court of State excluded 12 judges from the case of a possible waiver of the immunity of Margaret Manowska. In July, the National Prosecutor's Office proposed to waive Manowska's immunity, seeking to file 3 criminal charges against her. Another tension occurred during the meeting, erstwhile TS Vice-President Piotr Andrzejewski got into an argument with the excluded members and took an earlier break. On his way out, he pushed a chair and almost threw 1 of the judges off him.
- I'm sorry. This is the ultimate Court. Consider it. adequate of this. Take off your toga and sit there," said Andrzejewski.
