Rocket hit the children carrying water in Gaza. Israel speaks of a “failure”

At least 8 people, most children, died, and respective were injured in the mediate of the Gaza Strip, erstwhile they went for water on Sunday, reported local authorities. Israeli troops say the rocket missed its target.
