The ultimate Court continues its work on the examination of electoral protests, with 2 meetings scheduled for June 27. This is part of the procedure to be completed by 2 July at the latest, although, as the SN spokesperson admits, with nearly 50,000 applications is simply a immense challenge.

The ultimate Court appointed 2 public hearings on electoral protests on 27 June", said the Polish Press Agency. The gathering will take place at 9:00 and 11:00 in the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs. This is part of the process of assessing the validity of the elections, which the SN must complete by 2 July at the latest.

The ultimate Court has set a date for the electoral protests

Although the deadline is statutory, SN spokesperson justice Aleksander Stępkowski, admitted in an interview with PAP that the circumstantial date of the gathering concerning the determination of the validity of the elections had not yet been determined.

– However, we intend to keep this deadline until 2 July, although on a scale of 50,000 protests it is simply a immense undertaking," said justice Stępkowski, quoted by the portal newspaper.pl.

On Friday, the head of government spoke again about the election protests. – In Bielsko-Biała there were no irregularities, mistakes, only regular, vulgar falsification, where 160 votes were moved from the place where there were votes for 1 candidate to the second place and packed them in this deposit as if these voices were on Mr. Nawrocki. At the minute we have an first assessment of the situation in 800 committees, where there are amazing results and where statistic say very clearly that something is not playing there," said Donald Tusk.

That's how Tusk talks about miscounted votes.

However, it was not only in the White Committees that akin situations might have occurred. As you know, there have been quite a few protests to the ultimate Court. Donald Tusk made it clear what if, in the end, the irregularities in the country were so large that they could affect the actual result of the presidential election.

– Elections should be recognised and cannot be contested by anyone after examination according to the constitution, bill, duties of the authorities, duties of the court, after examination of all protests. If the protests are verified and it turns out that the elections were rigged on a scale that changed the result of the elections, then of course the votes should be counted across the country and there should be no swearing-in of the President," Tusk concluded.
