TwitterIn the Sejm, there was a sharp clash between the Minister of athletics Sławomir Nitras, who accused Jarosław Kaczyński of close contacts with the head of PKOl. The president of PiS immediately responded with screams and threat of lawsuit.
During the Thursday debate in the Nitras Parliament, he accused Radosław Piesiewicz, president of the Polish Olympic Committee of financial irregularities. The Minister of athletics and Tourism revealed invoices to prove it.
The minister added that the amount of money he spoke of was much higher. In the following part of the debate he began accusing Jarosław Kaczyński or even Andrzej Duda of close links with Piesiewicz.
Kaczyński's firm reaction
Kaczyński responded fervently to Nitras' words. After entering the platform, he announced legal steps, while calling on the minister to repeat his words besides outside the Sejm.
– Let this individual who spoke here say the same thing, but without utilizing immunity, he will have trials and will gotta prove my relation with president Piesiewicz. – said the president of PiS, adding that there is no relation with the president of PKOl.
