The CSG industrial-technology group – via its daughter company CSG Energietics Materials Germany GmbH – finalized the acquisition of the Gnaschwitz industrial complex in Germany. This facility is located close Bautzen, Saxony, with a full area of 57 hectares. As part of the first phase of the improvement of the CSG complex, it will invest more than EUR 100 million. The Group will establish industrial capacity for the production of nitroglycerin and materials based on it, as well as for the production of ammunition and components. The complex was purchased from MAXAM and the value of the transaction remains covered by commercial secrecy.
