Talks with the U.S. on establishing a permanent military base in Poland have entered the next phase, according to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz. He added that a “force review” is underway at the Pentagon, which is intended to service as the basis for further decisions. He identified Poznań and Wrocław as possible locations for the base.
