A million illegal migrants have entered the EU?

In 2023, about a million illegal immigrants have already entered the territory of the European Union, Croatian Interior Minister Davor Bożinović said on Thursday, presenting his ministry's study to parliament. The right-wing parliamentary opposition has called on the Croatian government to send troops to the country's borders to defend them from the influx of migrants.
