Lawless State
They've been teaching us what we can and can't do since we were kids. They teach us that the law is to protect, to set boundaries between good and evil. increasing up, we learn that there are things that the law allows—and those that it categorically forbids.

But a government or state authoritative has even little freedom. His regulation of legalism applies – he can only do what the regulations allow. Each decision must have a legal basis. There is no place for "I think" or "it is for the sake of the people."

You can't spend your money on education to buy fire trucks. If the intention were noble, it would be a crime. There is simply a different section of the budget bill. There is no “but”, no “this time you can”. You want to change the intent of spending? Change the budget bill. Otherwise, you're going to jail. No, that one.

That's why what the PiS did is comic and scary. due to the fact that erstwhile individual spends public money for electoral purposes – it is not a ‘stitch’, it is not a ‘political strategy’. It's just a robbery.

Let's take the CPK game case. The PiS says Telus sold 160 hectares of state land to a private owner, but secured the right to repurchase.
What an idiot. What kind of public interest was that? sale it to buy it back? Ridiculous.

And then the water leak and the tank that blocked the transaction – abruptly they disappeared miraculously. Magic! Or rather, “written engineering of miracles”.

The buyer paid 23 million, present the land is worth 400 million. The transaction took place erstwhile the PiS had already lost the election.

But the PiS goes on in an idiotic state. He says Tusk has been hiding Kaczyński's scam for 2 years. Really!

And the scary thing is, 1/3 of Kaczyński's minds are going to swallow it.

Tusk is guilty due to the fact that he didn't mention all the written officials in the NAWR who hid the facts.

And that's just the tip of the iceberg.
In August 2022 Daniel Obietek, then president of PKN Orlen, buys plots with a full area of 36 hectares in the municipality of Choczewo (Pomorskie Province). And in October, the government announced that there would be construction of a Polish atomic power plant. ‘Insider land trading’ is simply a crime.
Both denied any relation between the acquisition of plots and plans to build the power plant. He threatened to sue anyone who suggested otherwise.

And then we have the Ministry of Justice – yes, justice! – turned into a device to bargain public money.

Organized crime group led by Zbigniew Ziobra – that's what you should call it. The ultimate Chamber of Control has shown illegal, untargeted and unprofitable spending from the Justice Fund for over PLN 280 million!

The fund, which was expected to aid victims of crime, became a treasury for Ziebra politicians.

Ziobro in 2017 changed the law so that he could spend that money at his own discretion. All under the beautiful slogan "Anti-crime". The effect? More than 60% of the funds went to “its” – ideologically related organizations, not to the victims.
Pots for the Housewives in the election year? Buying fire brigades for OS in election year! And that's where they were on the list. With money to aid hurt people? This is the moral bottom.

Recorded conversations by a Mraz, documents, escapes – all this shows the scale of lawlessness.

Deputy Minister Romanowski fled to Hungary. Ziobro – besides to Hungary. You heard the charges for illegally buying the Pegasus system.

And as if nothing had happened, we inactive hear that “this is political vengeance.”

Nope. It's not revenge. This is an effort to reconstruct simple justice in a state that has been destroyed for years by people without shame, without honor, without law.

Because if the minister of justice breaks the law himself, if the money of victims of crime goes into the pockets of organization activists – then it is no longer the state of law. This is simply a state of lawlessness.
