Michał Urbaniak – jazz violinist and saxophonist died last year. You don't talk sick of the dead, so I'm not going to say anything, but I'm going to quote a passage from his interview in which the musician confessed that he hates the regulation of the Law and Justice: "I sometimes think about whether the partitions were the best solution for this country and I say it with all responsibility."
Maybe this scandalous message is the consequence of a professional illness. A friend of the saxophonist who had psychiatric episodes, he told me that while playing, he feels his brain pounding on the inside of his skull – especially with low tones. But another well-known musicians - not saxophonists, besides "concert". Zbigniew Preisner felt affected by the fact that his work was expected to be utilized during the "monthly" Smolensk.
“I declare publicly: I am no Smolenian religion. I have nothing in common with this group of people. I'm not any lunatic who believes in an assassination. I have only 1 request to the PiS to truly leave me alone and halt utilizing my work for my own political purposes.”
Preisner was a associate of the support committee of president Komorowski, who later decorated him with the Officer's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta. The composer is most likely the only man who changed his own name Kowalski to "international" (he thought it would make his career easier?). In Poland, names were usually changed the another way - from “worldly” to various Dobrowolski, Wróblewski, Romkowski...
“Coronavirus is simply a tiny fistful of 3 million Poles suffering from duckiness”
"There is no art, culture, books, artists, actors, creators, people of outstanding talent, people valued and rewarded with prestigious awards, people of cheerful, beautiful spirit."
This is Krzesimir Dębski. I don't truly know Dębski, although years ago we played together a roundabout tour of the Opole Festival. I know it comes from a border nobility marked with Volyn trauma. specified people usually cultivate patriotic traditions, but the composer is "progressive" - advocates anti-script and anti-clerical hate.
Where does this irrational hostility come from? Is it only possible to explain it with "sheep momentum" and fear of environmental ostracism? Were they harmed by the power of the day? Did they feel "untreated"?
Artists in the PO's administration had a slight simplification in the alleged relief. (i.e. expenditure on strings, brushes, calaphon, paints, etc.). This did not disturb the enthusiastic support of the environment for this party. The Law and Justice, desiring to "take back culture", restored this relief. However, PiS skills did not change artists' hostility to then power.
A hostile artistic environment is simply a gift of heaven to abroad servants. The "force of destruction" of this environment is enormous. Artists give interviews, are active in social media, and everyone has many “followers” and thousands of “likes”.
The full environment acts like a powerful influence agent that doesn't even request to be recruited.
The contribution of artistic circles to the overthrow of the power of the United Right, and thus assistance in the activities of the Russian (and not only Russian) agentship, is clear.
