Auchan Polska and Ceetrus signed a preliminary sale agreement for a trading book covering 8 buying malls located across Poland to the Adventum Penta Fund SCA SICAV-RAIF, a Hungarian investment fund, with Greenberg Traurig advising the team, stated the latter.
