A government housing portal will be launched. It is intended to increase price transparency.

President Karol Nawrocki on Thursday signed an amendment to the law concerning the launch of the fresh Housing Transaction Data Portal (DOM). The fresh tool is intended to supply greater transparency in the real property market, allowing buyers to compare actual transaction prices and choose the most advantageous offer.
