The Romanian media have announced the start of the analysis phase in the procedure for the acquisition of fresh artillery systems for its army. 3 designs will be evaluated: the German PzH 2000, the South Korean K9A1 and the unexpectedly Turkish Firtina II. Therefore, this means the rejection of PGZ's proposal to extend the deadline for submitting applications.
