A fresh player in Romanian artillery proceedings. Off-the-spot crab

Romanian media study the launch of the analysis phase in the proceedings to acquisition fresh artillery systems for their army. 3 constructions will be assessed: German PzH 2000, South Korean K9A1 and unexpectedly Turkish Firtina II. This so means rejecting the proposal of the PGZ to extend the deadline for submitting applications.
