Changes in excise work will increase cigaret prices to 2027 by 61 percent compared to 2023 - according to a study by economists from the Centre for Social and economical Analysis (CASE). Experts point out that if excise increases are then continued at the current rate of 10 percent per year, prices in 2030 will be more than double.
