"I decided to take measures to increase safety at the border with Kaliningrad Oblast," said Deputy Prime Minister and head of MON Mariusz Błaszczak on Wednesday. The construction – as he pointed out – of a "temporary barrier that will strengthen border protection" is expected to start today.
