A country without democracy

What does the average Pole know about the 5 millionth Sultan of Oman? Not much. He doesn't really know what the capital is or where it is exactly. And it turns out to be a very interesting country. There is no parliament in it due to the fact that there is no democracy. Still, possibly that's why he's moving beautiful smart. Oman has a very strong currency. 1 rial is worth about 10 zlotys.
