The Council unanimously agreed to the Team's indications. As a result, on 26 November, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz was able to announce that he had entered into negotiations with [the Swedish Government](https://defence24.pl/polityka-obronna/okret-podwodny-ze-szwecji-wicepremier-jedyny-ktory-spelnil-wszystkie-wymogi) and the Saab Kockums shipyard, which received the highest rating in the procedure. The intention of the Ministry of Defence is to sign an appropriate memorandum of knowing by the end of this year.
