A bloody ceremony. Iskander arrived on time

On Saturday, 1 November, information about a rocket attack on 1 of the villages in the Dnepropetrovsk Oblast appeared. The first information referred to the deaths of 4 civilians - including 2 children and respective wounded. A fewer days later, information began to appear that the mark of the attack was soldiers of the 35th Marine Brigade. According to Suspilne sources, soldiers were called to a fixed location to present awards for the formation of 1 of the brigade battalions.
