The investment planned by Kongsberg was first officially informed [20 November 2025](https://defence24.pl/industrial/Norwegian-investes-in-armour-pomor-polska-leader-on-baltic). It was that day that the Norwegians signed letters of intent concerning cooperation within the task The Green Industrial territory “Kashubia”. The Norwegian Kongsberg Group thus became the first abroad investor in this project, spending between 200 and 250 million PLN.
