Hungary is threatening to block a 90-billion-dollar European Union debt to Ukraine. Meanwhile, European Commission spokesperson Paulina Pinho stated that she hoped that all EU leaders would honour their commitments in this matter. She assessed that veto in this case would violate the rule of loyal cooperation.
