In the municipality of Baranów in Kępin region A dispute broke out about the rules for granting co-financing for vacation holidays for students. According to the order of the utmost left-wing mayor of Bogumiła Lewandowska-Siwek, only students of classes IV–VIII who attended classes with the alleged "health education" can receive support of PLN 800. The decision raised allegations of unequal treatment of children and the usage of public funds to advance a circumstantial subject, for which ideology is clearly involved.
The mayor introduced PLN 800 for obedience to leftist ideology. According to the adopted rules, the backing includes participants in the colony and another forms of summertime recreation, provided that the organiser besides provides classes on the prevention of addictions, including alcohol, drugs, nicotine, digital addictions or shopholism.
