The fresh Act amending the 800 plus strategy raises serious doubts. Although the aim is to limit the payment of benefits to persons working alone, the task contains many gaps that may lead to unfair exclusion from the strategy of a large group of beneficiaries. The Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy warns that in the current form regulations may deprive 800 plus, among others, students of work contracts, kid caregivers with disabilities, as well as persons engaged in undeclared activities. The changes will primarily affect foreigners, including Ukrainian citizens, but besides those working under contracts another than those covered by the fresh regulations.
