800 plus under fresh conditions. fresh rules apply from 1 February

From 1 February, fresh rules for the payment of the 800 plus benefit came into force. The Social Insurance Institution informed that in any cases payments may be withheld, and beneficiaries will gotta meet certain conditions again. The changes are the consequence of a decision made at the presidential level and will affect about 150 1000 people.
