Should the 800 plus program besides cover foreigners? The latest United Surveys by IBRiS poll for Wirtualna Polska shows that the majority of Poles say "no." While the benefit remains a pillar of social policy, its recipients are increasingly controversial, and the divisions run along political lines in a peculiarly stark manner.
