800 plus and 300 plus not for children in home education - ZUS controls begin

As of 1 June, the changes to benefits of 800 plus and 300 plus come into force. The fresh regulations introduce an additional condition – the kid must attend the Polish school. The Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) will verify whether children covered by home education comply with this requirement. Therefore, it is worth looking at the rules governing the implementation of the pre-school obligation, the school work and the work to learn in the form of home education.
