Should Ukrainians surviving in Poland receive 800 plus for children? The opinions of Poles are divided and the latest poll shows a clear trend in the approach to this topic. See what the respondents think and what arguments stand for their choice.

According to 54% of respondents, Ukrainians surviving in Poland should only get 800 plus for their children erstwhile paying taxes in Poland - according to the poll of the Pollster investigation Institute for 'Super Express'.

When asked if Ukrainians surviving in Poland should get 800 plus for their children, the answer "yes" gave 5 percent, the same did not have an opinion. 54 percent said that "yes, but only erstwhile they pay taxes in Poland"; 36 percent chose the answer "no".

The "SE" in Tuesday's edition reminds that in January the thought of limiting 800 plus proposed the candidate KO for president Rafał Trzaskowski.

The results of the poll were commented for the paper by the political scientist Prof. Kazimierz Kik. "This attitude is rather rational. There is simply a war in Ukraine, we have a crisis, advanced inflation and all this affects the poorness of Poles, so the approach of the respondents is logical. Our self-preservation instinct has spoken, which requires us to think about ourselves. The condition of payment 800 plus for those who deposit funds into our taxation strategy is understandable" - he said.

The survey of the Pollster investigation Institute for 'Super Express' was conducted from 8 to 10 February at a example of 1077 Poles. (PAP)
