Should people without children pay an additional tax? MP Marek Jakubiak proposes introducing a "bull tax" - a taxation of PLN 800 per period for childless people. The thought is very controversial and resembles solutions from the times of the Polish People's Republic. Politicians are divided - any see it as a chance to improve demographics, others call it "inhuman". Should the state interfere in decisions about parenthood, or should it focus on supporting families in another ways?
