Should people without children pay an extra tax? Marek Jakubiak proposes the introduction of "the bull" – a tribute of as much as PLN 800 per period for childless people. The thought creates large controversy and resembles solutions from the times of the Polish People's Republic. Politicians are divided – any see a chance to improve demography, others call it "inhuman". Should the state interfere in parental decisions, or should it focus on supporting families in a different way?
