75 years of NATO. Are we safe?

On April 4, 2024, the 75th anniversary of the signing of the North Atlantic Treaty resulted in the formation of NATO. At first, the alliance was to counter the possible military dominance of the russian Union in the world. After the collapse of the USSR, the sense of its existence was seriously considered. Doubts surrounding the alliance continued until in 2019 Emmanuel Macron sparked a media storm with a message about “the death of NATO's brain”. Today, the same politician, in the face of the Russian threat, talks about the anticipation of sending troops to Ukraine. What is NATO's current condition? Is it capable of armed opposition to Russia? Is the eventual presidency of Donald Trump able to break up NATO?
