8th Defence Fleet The Coast of Vice Admiral Kazimierz Porębski was established by order of Naval Commander No 027 of 29 April 1965. With the transformation of the Naval Base in the 8th Coast Defence Fleet, the Naval Port Command of the Pigoujście was besides formed.
