5G in Poland. UKE must wait for the KSC amendment?

The president of UKE was to wait with announcing the auction consultations until the Standing Committee of the Council of Ministers adopted the draft amendment to the Act on the National Cybersecurity strategy (KSC). However, there is much talk that the process will start in December.
