Since 6 August 2025, Karol Nawrocki has served as president of Poland. In the first half of August, for the minute after Karol Nawrocki took office, the Service Centre of the Presidential Chancellery announced a tender for the transportation of a large number of meat products to state units. Officials have indicated that this is simply a transaction based on a framework agreement that is in force for 2 years and can be continuously subject to change.

The announcement besides includes a detailed description of the order. They are divided into 3 parts:
Raw pig meat (over 4 tonnes) and beef (about 3 tonnes)
Poultry meat (5,3 tonnes)
Smokes - national sausages, baleron, sausages, loins, hams, pork neck, bacon, goose breast and ducks and guinea fowls, as well as salamis and elaborate khinjuki
The unit liable for the execution of the presidential order indicated that all meat products must meet sanitary conditions both at the collection and storage, transport and sale stages.
It must have a certificate stating that the animals have been tested before and after slaughter, issued in accordance with the rules. It must be fresh, with an appropriate shelf-life date, according to the applicable standards. Shelf-life: all articles must be fresh, of good quality, with a shelf-life of not little than half the useful life provided for the article; in the case of frozen articles, not little than 6 months
- included in the file. The tender was successful, of course, and its full value was estimated at PLN 510 thousand. It should be noted, however, that the full order will not only go to 1 place. It will be divided into respective state-owned facilities.

The order for the meat, although it was submitted by the Presidential Chancellery Service Centre, will actually service not only the head of the state and his family, but besides others. Food is to be utilized in catering places and sold to employees, among others. Individual parties will go to:

Interestingly, as stated by the journalists of the Facts, the Chancellery of the president of the Republic of Poland does not simply employment catering services (i.e. cooks and helpers) to prepare regular meals for the authorities. This is only the case in diplomatic meetings.
