Scholarship of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage for 2026. Financial support can be received in 2 categories
As we learn from the MKiDN Communication, these scholarships concern projects in 2 categories and together in 10 areas:
creative scholarships (including literature, visual arts, music, dance, theatre, film, monument care and folk art),
grants related to the dissemination of culture (including animation and cultural education, as well as cultural management and support for the improvement of cultural staff).
In addition, scholarships may be awarded for different periods:
the yearly stipend covers the period from 1 January to 31 December 2026;
the semi-annual scholarship covers the period from 1 January to 30 June 2026 or from 1 July to 31 December 2026;
a scholarship having a different period of implementation, indicating that it must not be little than 3 consecutive consecutive months between 1 January and 31 December 2026.

Applications for a scholarship from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage can be submitted through the Electronic Form in the SOP-stypendy strategy until 3 October 2025, until 16 o'clock. The application must describe the concept of its own creative task or of the dissemination of culture and include a portfolio. erstwhile the recruitment is completed, the papers will be formally checked within 60 days and then assessed by the Commission appointed by the Minister of Culture Marta Cienkowska. It will besides depend on the final decision to grant scholarships, which will be taken on the basis of a advice from the Commission. A list of people who have received scholarships will be made available on the Ministry website. The amount of support will be PLN 5 1000 gross per month.
